When booking you need to select the option "Airbnb Playa del Carmen" and in the transportation reservation process, you'll have a comments box where you can add the actual name and address of the Airbnb so we can take you there. If you have the Google Maps links location of the Airbnb in Playa del Carmen that would also be helpful.
